There are a few things that you cant lose after leaving your hometown of Cleveland. One, that you'll always love the Browns despite their record, two you love snow and laugh when Cincinnatians call a dusting of snow "the white death", and three, that you get a hankering for perogis (specifically homemade ones from Parma) at least once a month. We're still waiting for homemade ones to be available at the Market house, but we were able to find frozen ones that beat out the frozen box of Mrs. T's Pierogi's you find at the Supermarkets. Spice them up with a few extras, and this dish is a quick treat.
