On the day before Thanksgiving, you can't show up the banquet, so we went with a simple meal of meatloaf. We had some peppers pre-cut and frozen from our garden and picked up the ground sirloin, which happen to be in abundance as everyone was buying bird and pork. The market was all a buzz, and we look forward to showing you our mashed potato contribution to tomorrow's meal.

Ingredients / Vendor:

Ground Sirloin / Eckerlein Meats
Honey / Bee Haven Honey
Spices / Herbs & Spice & Everything Nice
Tomato Paste / Madison's
Brown Sugar / Madison's
Onions / Madison's
Potatoes / Simpson's Produce

Recipe from old standby "Betty Crocker".

With the days getting colder, we have definitely been enjoying the comfort foods. And with the holidays upon us, leftovers are key to getting it all done. Fresh makes it best.
