WILY WONTON SOUP

Since we were out of town over the weekend and the Market is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (but soon to be open on Tuesday we are happy to report), we are a bit low on goods. Luckily we had some frozen wontons and enough other random ingredients to make a very non-traditional but delightful wonton soup.


Ingredients / Vendor:

Pork dumplings / Saigon Market
Seasame Oil / Dean's Mediterranean
Onions & Celery / Simpson Produce
Beef Broth / Madison's









Iprovisation is often in order.
