SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SCALLION, ROASTED PEPPER AND TOMOATO & COFFEE

Our first breakfast while living on the market, we admit, we did not make. We woke up that morning and asked ourselves "what should we do for breakfast". The reply was simple. Belgium waffles and Coffee (Vendors: Taste of Belgium, Bean Haus). Today, we made our own Findlay breakfast.

Ingredients / Vendor

Farm Fresh Eggs / Gibbs Cheese and Sausage
Onion Bagel / Gibbs Cheese and Sausage
Scallion, Green Pepper, Tomato / Madison's 
Shaved Parmesan / Madion's 
Washington Sea Salt & Pepper / Herbs and Spice and Everything Nice
Findlay Market Blend Coffee / Lookout Joe's via Madison's 


It is amazing how long it takes to make certain meals and how quickly they are eaten. This on the other hand was quick to make and quick to eat! It's a good thing too, because it's daylight savings today and we lost an hour.
