MERGUEZ & LEEK PIZZA w/ GARLIC BASIL OLIVE OIL & PILSNER

Ah, grill season. We were so glad when the temperatures finally opened the grill. Our favorite grill session is grilled pizzas. If you haven't tried this it is a must. Not only is it so fresh and delicious, but it is really fast. Just prep your ingredients, roll out the dough, grill for 5 minutes and you're done.

Ingredients / Vendor:

Pizza Dough / Angelina's
Merguez Sausage / Kroeger & Sons
Onion, Garlic, Basil / Madison's
Leek's / Madison's
Shaved Parmesan / Krause's

Konig Pilsner / Market Wines




No recipe required, just top with what you like.

One of these days, when we need a break from Architecture, we'll go into the pizza business!
